Hello! Today we will not bring you healthy recipes so these few next days will be your cheat days. You have to try these 5 recipes that are so quick and easy and are worth to gain even few pounds. Today we will be starting with the dessert and then with even more delicious meals!

Giant M&M's Cookie in a Frying Pan

225g plain flour, 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 100g caster sugar, 80g brown sugar, 130g butter, 1 egg, 225g M&Ms

Preheat your oven to 175°C. Add the butter, sugar and egg to a mixing bowl and whisk it. Then add the plain flour, baking soda and baking powder and whisk again. Fold in the M&Ms and pour the cookie batter into a greased pan. Bake for 18-20 minutes, until the cookie is brown on top but still slightly squidgy underneath.

Bacon Macaroni Cheese Toastie

Toast bread, macaroni, 6 strips of smoked bacon, 1/4 cup plain flour, 4 cups of hot milk, spices, 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, hot sauce.

Start by cooking the pasta. Fry the bacon in another pan until crispy. Leave the fat from the bacon in the pan, add the flour and cook, whisking constantly, until the paste bubbles a bit, only less than 2 minutes. Continuing to whisk, add 3 cups of the hot milk and cook until the sauce thickens – you will need about 5 minutes. Bring the sauce to a boil then reduce the heat to low add the Cheddar cheese and spices stirring constantly until all of the cheese has melted into the sauce.

Stir in the hot sauce and the remaining 1 cup milk. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix it. Stir in the crispy bacon and season with salt and pepper. Put the mix between two slices of bread and fry the sandwich from each side in the pan. Delicious!

Pepperoni Pizza Burger Bomba

For the Quick Pizza Sauce – 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 clove garlic, 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning, crushed tomatoes; For the Bomba Burger – pack of ground beef, spices, store bought pizza dough, sliced mozzarella, pepperoni, olive oil (for brushing)

For the sauce, you can mix everything together in a small bowl. Then preheat the oven to 220°C. Form the meat into little balls and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper. Divide the pizza dough into four smaller pieces, try to make the same amount as the meat balls. Press out each ball on a floured pizza dough. Top each with a slice of cheese, a couple slices of pepperoni and 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce. Fold the dough over the burger as if making a large dumpling. Brush with olive oil. Bake in the oven until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with extra tomato sauce on the side to dip.

The Ultimate Bacon Baked Beans

125g brown sugar, olive oil, spices, fried bacon, tinned cannelloni beans, 65ml dijon mustard, 125g tomato ketchup

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix the sliced fried bacon, tomato ketchup, mustard, and spices in a big bowl. Then you can add the beans and more spices, and gently toss so that the beans are coated with the ketchup and mustard mixture. Put a little bit of olive oil on the top. Bake in the oven about 25 minutes. Enjoy with a piece of freshly baked bread!

BBQ Chicken Wings with Blue Cheese Butter

1 stick unsalted butter, 170g Roquefort or other blue cheese, your favorite BBQ sauce, 1/2 cup canned piquillo peppers in brine, 2 teaspoons ground cumin, 2 teaspoons smoked paprika, 1 cup of flour, Spices, 1 Kg chicken wings

In a bowl, whisk together the butter and 3/4 of the blue cheese until very smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and set aside at room temperature.Then mix together the BBQ sauce, peppers, 1 teaspoon of the cumin and 1 teaspoon of the paprika in a large mixing bowl large enough to hold all of the wings.

In a shallow dish, whisk together the flour, remaining cumin and paprika, and season it with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the wings with salt and pepper. Fill a deep pan with oil and heat to 185°C. Toss the chicken wings in the seasoned flour until well coated. Fry in batches until golden brown, crisp and cooked through. Serve with the cheese dip and enjoy!
