For this recipe mix all the ingredients together:
- ½ cup mashed banana,
-½ cup applesauce,
-½ cup coconut yogurt,
-¼ cup maple syrup,
-1 ¼ cup oat flour,
-½ cup quinoa flakes,
-½ cup almond flour,
-¼ cup coconut sugar,
-2 teaspoons baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla extract and salt.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees and bake for 22-26 minutes.
